Shipping Policy & Returns

Orders are processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been

handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS-

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about

canceling an order, please contact us.

 

RETURNS-

We have full confidence that you will adore our products. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we proudly offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Proof of Purchase-

To facilitate the refund process, we kindly request that you provide a valid receipt, purchase order, or any other verifiable proof of purchase. Please note that refunds cannot be processed without the aforementioned proof of purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items-

Please be aware that this return policy is applicable exclusively to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Instructions-

Before returning your order, it is imperative to reach out to us and secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA.​

Please exercise care in packaging the items to prevent any damage during transit. If a product is discovered to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for us to reasonably assess it, we may be unable to process a refund.
